Bard Letsinger

Bard is a home grown Victorian. An avid motorcyclist, sports fan, NFL and MLB junkie, hunter, cook, and into just about everything else. He has served at para-church ministries like KXBJ and Food for the Hungry and in churches of all shapes and sizes, from a volunteer at Victoria Bible Church (a church of 120 people) to the Couples Pastor at Woodlands Church (13,000 a weekend) one of the most innovative churches in America. Bard’s goal in life is to bring people into a deeper relationship with Christ, or as he puts it “Showing ordinary people how to have extraordinary lives through the power of Jesus Christ and God’s word”. Bard has been married to his wife Mollie for over 28 years and together they have two children.

Clayton Rhodes

Executive Pastor

I grew up in Pine Bluff, Arkansas and regularly attended Church with my family. I trusted Christ at a young age while at Silome Springs Summer Camp. I graduated from the University of Arkansas Monticello and spent the first 17 years of my post college life working in the Elevator industry as a corporate Sales Manager. My work brought me to Dallas and later Houston.

It was in Houston that my faith came to life and I began to study and practice my faith. I met my wife Kristen through the singles ministry at our church and we were married June 13, 2009. Shortly after getting married I began a Masters in Biblical Studies program at Grace School of Theology. During this time we were blessed to add our son Hunter and our daughter Anna to our family.

In 2013 I left the corporate world and followed my calling to ministry. I worked part time for Clean Water Climb, a ministry sharing the Gospel and repairing water wells in Malawi, Africa and concentrated on finishing my studies. I graduated in 2014 and began working a second part time job in the Student Services Department of Grace School of Theology and as a teaching assistant.  I was asked to join Grace School of Theology on a full time basis and offered a full scholarship to complete my second Master’s program.

In 2016 I felt God calling me out of the academic world and back into the Mission Field. I spent the next three years traveling the world helping to share the Gospel and plant churches through East-West Ministries International.

In 2019, through many signs and confirmations, God called me specifically to Fellowship of the Crossroads. Our family is very excited about what God has planned for us here in Victoria, TX.

Skip Mozisek

Creative Arts Pastor

Skip has been married over 25 years to Susie. They are the ultra proud parents of 3 amazing kids. Skip and Susie are Victoria natives and have been in ministry for over 25 years.  Skip helped start Bay Area Fellowship Church in Corpus Christi, (launched in 1998 with 16 people, and today a Church of over 8000 ).  Skip loves to watch the Dallas Cowboys, hunt, play golf, cook, write, and perform music, and many other hobbies. It is an incredible opportunity to work with lifelong friend Bard Letsinger and serve in a ministry like Fellowship of the Crossroads!  Skip’s goal is to show people that God is real and wants to change their lives in a big way by using music, art, and other creative ways.

Todd Fagan

Family Pastor

Todd has been married to his loving wife Kimberly since 2006. They were blessed with two adorable daughters. Todd and Kimberly met at Fellowship of the Woodlands where they served alongside Pastor Clayton. For the past 13 years, Todd and Kimberly have served in the children’s ministry at Faith Bible Church (The Woodlands, TX) in various capacities. They have done everything from serving in the nursery, to leading preschool worship, to teaching chapel in the church’s SonKids Preschool, to organizing Kid’s Worship Arts for the children’s Christmas choir. They also enjoyed volunteering in their own children’s Sunday school classes when needed. Todd joined Fellowship of the Crossroads as the Children’s/Youth/Family pastor in 2020.

Cindy Kizer

Admin/Ministry Assistant

Cindy Kizer began working for the church as a Children’s and Youth Director as well as admin in 2015 after deciding to retire from her business and pursue ministry.

She and her husband, Kyle, are proud to have two grown sons, David, who lives in Arkansas and Joshua who lives in Victoria.  Although they are “empty nesters”, they lead a very busy life with family, friends and their adorable kitty, Loki.

In 2017, Cindy felt a calling to devote more time to the Women’s Ministry and made the decision to step away from the children’s area and spend the majority of her time developing a Women’s Ministry and the relationships with the Ladies of the church and surrounding area.
